I don’t have a destination or estimated time of arrival.   There is no set form of transportation or mapped route.  I am just enjoying the journey…potholes, traffic jams, wrong turns, and all.

At age 28, I opened my eyes and realized that I wasn’t enjoying this journey called life.   My sister’s words were true and I was a grouch that had lost my zest for life.  I smiled on the outside but on the inside I saw each day as the same and struggled to find the joy in life .  A series of events helped to bury that grouch and start growing my peace, joy, and happiness.  This blog is allows me to share some of the “peace of AB”  I have seen, experienced, discovered, and will discover now that I am awake to my journey.  Which is exactly what it is a journey, that should be enjoyed…potholes, traffic jams, wrong turns, and all.

What wonderful words and such an inspiration. I see so many people like your sister saw you. I am so glad you choose this new path called life. I have been living like this for the last 4 yours. I value each day and am grateful for what I have been given.
God Bless You, Angela from Canada

Hello AB. I’m a high school principal in Toronto. Please look at my website and, if you’re interested, I’d love to involve your students. Just e-mail me and I’ll tell you how. Your writing is truly inspirational.
